Ah-Ha! Media has produced four interactive courses built around the topics most requested by both Senior Management and HR Departments:
- Diversity & Discrimination in the Workplace
- Sexual Harassment
- Workplace Violence
- Professional Ethics
The courses each include modules specific to staff and managers. The author of these customized courses is Professor Stephen W. Oliver from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. They were produced by Chris Bennett, the CEO of Ah-Ha! Media. Chris graduated at the top of his undergraduate class at Wharton and then went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Learning Technology from Harvard. He has been teaching and working in this field for 10 years. The copywriter and visual designer for the courses is Eric Steiner, Vice President of Content and Communications for Ah-Ha! Media's parent company, Life Advantages. He holds a B.A. in Writing from the University of Tampa, and has more than 8 years of professional writing experience.
Currently, the Diversity in the Workplace course is available. Sexual Harassment and Corporate Ethics are soon to follow. All of the courses will be available in early 2007.
