WHAT IS AB 1825?
AB 1825 requires all employers with 50 or more employees to provide supervisors who manage California-based employees with sexual harassment training and education. Employers are required to provide training to those individuals every two years. Newly promoted supervisors and new hires must be trained within six months of their promotion and/or hire date.
