Bennett - Founder and CEO
Chris Bennett, Florida Monthly’s Most Intriguing Floridian
(2006), is the Founder and CEO of Ah-Ha! Media. He is a graduate of Harvard
University's Technology,
Innovation, Education master's program, ranked first in the world
for its kind. At Harvard, Chris focused on the design of e-learning environments,
making the important connections between theory, design and practice.
His expertise lies in the creation of online training and professional
development programs, where he has over ten years of hands-on experience

Prior to his learning experience at Harvard, Chris studied management
and marketing at The Wharton
School of business, graduating first in his class. Chris took a
specific interest to e-business at Wharton where he gained the skills
necessary to later create e-learning programs timed accurately with
market needs. During his three-year appointment as the Multimedia Design
Program Manager for The Chubb Institute, Chris achieved over 13 professional
certifications, including Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).
Stephen W. Oliver - Subject Matter Expert
Stephen is an independent consultant providing human resources training
and organizational development consulting services. Stephen
W. Oliver & Associates works with organizations to improve communications
and productivity through leadership development and employee training.
Some of the topics trained are: leadership skills, communications skills,
interviewing and selection, human resources management, employment laws,
team building, strategic management, problem solving, customer service,
conflict resolution, diversity in the workplace, presentation skills and

coach them in team building and employee relations issues as well as towards

Stephen has done extensive seminars and training programs on recruitment
and selection and the most effective ways to obtain and retain the best
candidates for organizations. He has also created several courses on effective
communication skills with the topics of active listening skills, giving
constructive feedback and the keys to communicating without "you
blaming" statements, but using "I-rational" comments to
give honest and effective feedback. Additionally, Stephen works with organizations
to find solutions for both distance education and e-learning. He develops
courses which he facilitates on-line creating new ways of learning.
In addition to his consultancy practice, Stephen teaches part-time in
alternating semesters as an adjunct faculty member to a variety of colleges
and universities. He teaches human resources, diversity in the workplace
and English composition courses to both undergraduate and graduate students.
Some of the schools he teaches for are The Wharton School at the University
of Pennsylvania, Villanova University, Widener University, Mercer County
Community College and the Corporate College Services. He facilitates the
Professional Human Resources Certificate Program (PHR/SPHR) for the Society
for Human Resources Management (SHRM) at Villanova University. Stephen
facilitates this course to students both in the class room and to students
in an on-line learning environment. Students are from all over the United
States and some in other countries.
Prior to his consultancy practice, Stephen worked for the Children's
Hospital of Philadelphia; his most recent position was Manager of Learning
and Organizational Development. At CHOP he managed the Center for Career
Development. He worked closely with individual hospital department heads,
managers, and supervisors to design and deliver courses to improve team
building, communications, and departmental services to better serve the
patients and the families of the Hospital. Stephen was a senior faculty
member of the Hospital's Leadership Essentials Program.
Stephen has worked in the Philadelphia area for over 10 years in a variety
of hospitals and healthcare facilities, colleges, and universities as
both a human resource professional and educator. He was a corporate trainer
and employee relations consultant for the former Allegheny Health Education
and Research Foundation (AHERF) now Tenet Health Organization which included
Hahnemann University Hospital, Medical College of Pennsylvania, the Graduate
Hospital, and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. There he conducted
a variety of training programs and worked with all levels of hospital
and health care employees from senior management, to mangers and supervisors,
to front-line staff for the ultimate goal of serving the patients and
families better.
Before Stephen came to Philadelphia, he worked for almost 10 years for
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of the National Capitol Area (BCBSNCA) in the
Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He was a human resources generalist
focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and training.
Stephen holds a graduate degree in Human Resources Development from
Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. To enhance his e-learning
skills he obtained a certification in Distance Education through the
University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004/2005. Stephen is a current local
and national member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM)
and The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
Eric Steiner - Senior Instructional Designer
Eric Steiner is the Senior Instructional Designer for Ah-Ha! Media and manages
the Creative Services team for parent company Life
Advantages. He holds a B.A. in Writing from the University of Tampa,

Prior to joining the Ah-Ha! Media’s team, he helped grow the
Content Department for hsn.com, the online division of the Home Shopping
Network. During his time with HSN, Eric organized, trained and oversaw
a team of writers developing creative product content. His efforts added
$42 million in additional sales through hsn.com to the parent company
for the third and fourth quarters of 2001.
Eric's professional positions also include time as a Middle School
Teacher and as a writer for the Tampa Review - a journal of Legal and
Business news for the greater Tampa Bay area.
Erin Griffin - Sales and Marketing Manager
Erin is a graduate of the University of South Florida where she received degrees in both Marketing and Communications. Erin was previously the Sales Manager at TrueFire's Mail Dog where she increased the email marketing firm's client base by 400% in three years.
Erin's other professional endeavors have included myriad marketing consulting gigs for Fortune 500 companies, specifically high profile clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
